Why we chose this wine
This is a bright, fresh and beautifully balanced white we love for the table. From Vermentino di Gallura in northern Sardinia and made by Tenuta Olbios, it’s all about citrus zest, white stone fruit and a subtle saline, mineral lift, with clean acidity and a lightly textured finish.
Gently handled with no heavy oak influence, it stays crisp, precise and incredibly easy to enjoy. Food-friendly, unfussy and quietly elegant this is exactly the kind of wine we’re happy to pour in our restaurant and one we always recommend when someone wants something fresh, reliable and effortlessly enjoyable.
