Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be confident shopping with Alessa Vino. Due to the nature of alcohol products, we offer refunds only in specific circumstances outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds for wine that is:

Corked, faulty, or flawed (must be reported within 6 days of purchase)

Damaged during transit (must be reported within delivery accepted.

Incorrect item sent (must be reported within 6 days of delivery)
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Important Alcohol Returns Notice
By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, faulty, flawed, or unopened.
If requesting a refund for a corked or faulty bottle, we may ask you to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle or provide photo evidence.
All return requests must be approved before any item is sent back.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to a faulty product, damage in transit, or an incorrect item being sent.
In these cases, Alessa Vino will cover return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
