Born in the mid-19th century, Steak Delmonico is all about luxury—think thick-cut, boneless rib-eye, seared to perfection, and paired with the iconic Potatoes Delmonico—a dreamy, golden-baked combo of mashed potatoes, grated cheese, and buttery breadcrumbs. Rich, bold, and unapologetically decadent—just like the wine in your glass.
Tasting Notes:
The palate is a bold, fruit-drenched seduction—lush cassis, black plum, and sultry dates, wrapped in grippy tannins and electrifying acidity that keep it all in check.
