Summer in a glass. A vibrant white wine from Lipari, a volcanic island in Sicily's Aeolian archipelago. This organic wine is a blend of Carricante and Moscato Bianco grapes, harvested from high-altitude, dry-farmed vineyards rooted in sandy volcanic soils. The Moscato ferments in stainless steel, while the Carricante undergoes fermentation in oak, both resting on lees for three months to enhance texture and complexity.

Tasting Notes: Presents aromas of fresh-cut white flowers, sea spray, white grapefruit, and table grapes. On the palate, it is mid-weight, with dancing acidity that makes it seem light and refreshing, complemented by a chalky minerality and flavours of nectarines.

Pairing: Ideal food pairings include grilled branzino, lemony scallops, or other seafood dishes.
