St Max Rosé is a fresh and elegant wine from the heart of Provence, France, showcasing the region's celebrated rosé style. Crafted using traditional Provençal winemaking techniques, the grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve freshness and delicate aromas. They undergo a gentle pressing, followed by a cold fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: The wine offers delicate aromas of wild strawberries, citrus, and white flowers. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with flavours of red berries, peach, and a subtle minerality, leading to a clean, vibrant finish.
