From Chianti in Tuscany and made by Polini & Rossetti, it’s all about red cherry, sour plum and gentle dried-herb savouriness, with fresh acidity and fine, food-friendly tannins. Gently handled with traditional winemaking and no heavy oak influence, it stays balanced, lively and incredibly easy to drink.
