Sangiovese Amphora is a selection of the best Sangiovese clusters from the estate's vineyards. Fermented and ripened all winter in terracotta amphoras of Impruneta, the wine is then partially vinified in whole clusters and macerated for long periods. This biodynamic wine, while from the Chianti sub-region, cannot bear the 'Chianti' label due to strict classification laws.

Tasting Notes: A clean and lively palate, with subtle notes of aged comte, pomegranate and lavender.
