The winery was established by four friends who all contributed to the winemaking process.The Ottomani Bianco Toscana Amphora is a tribute to ancient winemaking traditions. Crafted in amphorae made from the renowned clays of Impruneta, this wine embodies the harmony of its native white vines and the very land where they thrive. Using methods dating back to Roman times, this exceptional white wine achieves a perfect balance of body, acidity, and character, offering a unique and authentic experience.

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights, the Bianco Toscana boasts a lively and mineral profile. Its complex bouquet features vibrant floral aromas and enticing notes of lime. A long skin contact process enhances its depth, making it both dynamic and distinctive.
