This champagne offers a subtle blend of aromatic precision and vinosity. It shows a complex and round character whilst being extra-brut. It has been designed for drinkers who love lively champagnes with unique characteristics.

Tasting notes: From the glass, you’ll be hit with a generous bouquet of orchard fruit, white flowers and touches of pastry. Medium to full-bodied with a generous flavour and just enough acidity.

Pairing: A perfect aperitif or serve as a partner with sweet and sour dishes such as roasted pork. It will be an understatement no to mention, oysters, prawns, taramasalata  and smoked salmon.
