A straw-gold dessert wine sourced from the area surrounding the winery, Dolianova. The making process starts with cold maceration of the crushed grapes for 12 hours and then subsequent soft pressing. The free-run must is cold-decanted, and the clean fraction is sent to fermentation carried out by selected yeasts at a temperature of 12°C. Perfect for special occasions, family dinners or simply after dinner.
Tasting Notes: Sweet, balanced and decidedly aromatic, this Muscat offers a broad and rich bouquet to the nose, characterised by honeyed and spicy notes.
Pairing: Excellent to enjoy at the end of a meal, paired with dry or pastry-based desserts. Let's talk about strawberry and cream, peachy desserts. Lemon tart with meringue. Well cannoli filled wiht ricotta or a tiramisu will wrap up your meal.
