A full bodied, bold wine from the heart of Provence. Mas de Borrels is located in Provence between Hyères and La Londe Les Maures. The 45 hectares of vineyards are planted on unique soil structures consisting of clay, schist and granite.

Appellation: Côtes de Provence

Tasting Notes: Subtle aroma in which the fruitiness of red fruit is interwoven with the spiciness and notes of cocoa. In the mouth, round, with delicate recurring taste experiences of red fruit, liquorice and a long spicy aftertaste. It drinks like a dry rose. 

Pairing: Duck-based dishes and summer BBQ's. Like the provence cuisine, we think olives, sardines on toast and olive oil. Tapenade and thin onion tarts.
