Delica Bianco is a white wine produced by Marco Colicchio Winery with Malvasia Puntinata grapes. Marco's process involves spontaneous fermentation in small steel vats, with 30% of the grapes undergoing maceration on skins for two days, then aging stainless steel vats. Marco uses no filtration or clarification.
Tasting Notes: A lovely and balanced orange wine, with notes of heavy stone fruit, apricot and a slight touch of white pepper on the finish.
Pairing: Can't go wrong with a dozen oysters or a good old-fashioned charcuterie board.
