The Institut Agricole Regional is a highly-respected agricultural university, working farm, professional technical school, and research centre in the Valle d'Aosta region of northwest Italy. In addition, the IAR makes small quantities of textbook versions of wines from the valley's varieties. Farming and winemaking use biodynamic principles.

Tasting Notes: An elegant white wine with characteristic fragrances of white flowers and ripe fruit. On the palate it has good structure and marked minerality and freshness.

Pairing: With its good structure and freshness, it pairs beautifully with semi-mature cow's milk cheeses or risotto with Gressoney toma.
