Fresh, savoury and quietly structured, it opens easily at the table and keeps its shape as the meal unfolds. There’s enough depth to make you pause, but never so much that it gets in the way. A wine that feels relaxed, grounded and complete, best enjoyed with food, conversation, and no rush to finish the glass.
