If you want exclusivity, then this sparkling is the one. With only 3000 bottles produced annually, this natural wine drinks like a beautiful Pet'Nat. For this wine, everything starts with the land. Each plot is studied and analysed throughout the growing season so that precisely the right caretaking regimen is applied. Pruning, sowing, copper and sulphur use (if at all) and biodynamic treatments are all carefully planned to produce the most healthy grapes possible.

Tasting Notes: The grapes are aromatic, but the wine isn't perfumed as such, the aromatics play out on the stone fruit side, rather than honey and flowers. It's bone-dry, crisp, zesty and alive.

Pairing: Suitable for fish-based dishes and is ideal as an aperitif. The best with freshly chuked oysters.

Alcohol Content: 13%
