This bottling is 100% Alicante (a.k.a. Grenache), organically farmed and fermented with native yeasts, showing off the raw beauty of Sicily’s inland hills.

Dark ruby in the glass with explosive aromas of wild blackberries, sun-dried herbs, crushed rose petals, cracked pepper, and a whisper of volcanic dust. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a spicy finish.
