Made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, the magic starts with the appassimento process, where the grapes are dried for 90 days to intensify the flavor—think deep, dark fruit with a touch of spice. Aged in oak barrels for 18 months, it delivers big flavor, smooth tannins, and a long, luxurious finish.
