Winemaker Alberto Paltrinieri and his family have been crafting wines here for over 100 years, but ‘Radice’ is their modern twist—ancestrale (pet-nat style), unfiltered, and unapologetically dry. It’s bright, fresh, and totally alive.

 Tasting Notes: What It Feels Like

Pale cherry pink with a soft haze and a frothy mousse. On the nose: wild strawberries, blood orange, pink grapefruit, violets, and a salty, savoury tang. The palate is zippy and bone-dry, with bracing acidity and a slightly bitter citrus rind finish. It’s got crunch, texture, and serious edge—like biting into a chilled cranberry.
