A beautiful and refined Champagne with Chardonnay in the driving seat, matched with a hint of spiciness of Pinot Meunier. Francis Orban's Champagnes are always lively and expressive, while at the same time stripping everything superfluous.

Tasting Notes: On the nose, its bouquet expresses a sensational minerality (from an exceptional year of sunshine and rainfall). On the palette, you’ll find white-fleshed orchard fruits that subtly lead into spice notes of vanilla and pepper.

Pairing: Perfect to start. Champagne this quality really doesn't need any food, just a special occasion! Otherwise it's the perfect match with oysters and crustaceans.
