Created by Daniela Pinna, the visionary winemaker behind Tenute Olbios, ‘Lupus’ (“the wolf” in Latin) embodies Sardinia’s untamed soul, independent, confident, and fiercely elegant.
Harvested from old vines rooted deep in mineral-rich soils, this Vermentino captures the raw beauty of the island while honouring its ancient winemaking heritage. Each bottle is a tribute to strength and freedom, a wild spirit tamed by craftsmanship.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw in colour with flashes of green, Lupus reveals expressive aromas of citrus blossom, ripe pear, white peach, and crushed rock.
On the palate, it’s bright, textural, and vibrant, balancing fresh acidity with a silky mid-palate and a long, mineral-driven finish.
Expect subtle hints of sage, grapefruit pith, and sea salt, giving the wine both freshness and depth, the hallmark of true Vermentino di Gallura DOCG.
