The Story

From the sunlit hills of Gallura, where the Mediterranean breeze meets ancient granite soils, Tenute Olbios and winemaker Daniela Pinna unveil a wine that radiates soul and authenticity.
‘Amur’, meaning love in Sardinian dialect, is Pinna’s heartfelt tribute to her island’s forgotten grape, Muristellu, also known as Bovale Sardo.
Once nearly lost to time, Muristellu finds its voice again through Daniela’s vision: low-intervention winemaking, sustainable farming, and a deep respect for Sardinia’s land and traditions.
Every bottle of Amur is a love story, between grape and ground, woman and island, heritage and heart.

Tasting Notes

In the glass, Amur shimmers deep ruby with violet edges.
The nose opens with wild blackberry, Mediterranean herbs, crushed rose petals, and sweet spice, followed by subtle tones of cedar, cocoa, and earth.
On the palate, it’s velvety yet vibrant — rich in dark fruit and warm spice, balanced by elegant tannins and a persistent mineral freshness.
The finish is long and graceful, revealing a quiet strength that mirrors Sardinia itself — wild, pure, and endlessly expressive.
