Born in the mid-19th century, Steak Delmonico is all about luxury, think thick-cut, boneless rib-eye, seared to perfection, and paired with the iconic Potatoes Delmonico a dreamy, golden-baked combo of mashed potatoes, grated cheese, and buttery breadcrumbs. TASTING NOTES : The palate is a bold, fruit-drenched seduction lush cassis, black plum, and sultry dates, wrapped in grippy tannins and electrifying acidity that keep it all in check.
