He believes in crafting wines that express the unique terroir of Piedmont, particularly through meticulous attention to detail in the vineyard and cellar. Scaglione emphasises the importance of storytelling through wine, capturing emotions and creating experiences that connect people to the land and its heritage.

Tasting Notes: On the nose it expresses itself with an intense, ethereal bouquet, with hints of ripe fruit. On the palate it is rich, well-balanced, with ample structure, complex, enveloping, soft in tannins and persistent.

Pairing: Can accompany red meats, stews and boiled meats, game, truffle-based dishes and mature cheeses.
