Why we chose this wine
Bright, fine-boned and quietly confident, rosé Champagne for the table, not just the toast. A Blanc de Noirs rosé made entirely from Pinot Noir, with around 8% vinified as still red wine and gently aged in oak to bring natural colour, depth and quiet savoury complexity.
From Premier Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims, wild ferment and long lees ageing shape a wine of purity and texture. Silky bubbles carry wild strawberry, red cherry, blood orange and a whisper of spice. Dry, precise and beautifully balanced between freshness and finesse.
Elegant enough for oysters, serious enough for charcuterie, roast chicken or tuna crudo. Nothing loud. Nothing forced. Just pure, calm Champagne pleasure.
