Why we chose this wine
This is a classic, quietly assured Bordeaux we love for the table. Made in a restrained, traditional style, it’s all about balance and drinkability, ripe blackcurrant and plum, subtle cedar and graphite, with a gentle savoury edge and fine, polished tannins. Medium-bodied, fresh and composed, it finishes clean and precise.
There’s no excess here. Just honest winemaking, bright acidity and a sense of calm confidence that feels timeless rather than showy. The 2020 vintage brings clarity and structure without weight, making this an easy wine to enjoy now, but with enough backbone to handle food beautifully.
