It was founded by Gianluca Columbo. He makes wine  respecting the environment, the land, and varietal purity. I am aware that each single vineyard has its own personality, hence I just go along with fermentation, following, and not leading, wine evolution, without clarification or filtration. A classic red that’s medium bodied and incredibly tasty. The style is one of accessibility and charm, with a typical Piedmont profile. An intriguing blend of Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera and Pinot Noir, this delicious wine is aged for three years in large French and Austrian oak.

Tasting Notes: On the nose, you’ll get aromas of wild strawberries. The palate has delicate pretty fruit flavours with softer-style tannins.

Pairing: A gorgeous wine to have with pasta and tomato sugo, Bolognese, salami and sausages. Mushroom risotto.
