Sobrero Chardonnay Langhe Bianco VII DOC 2022

With just 7,000 bottles produced annually, this beautiful Chardonnay gives off a striking gold-tinged straw yellow hue, with radiant and shimmering texture. A heady, generous bouquet, remarkably dense and complex, releases a broad spectrum of aromatics, notably yellow peach, citrus, and tropical fruits, with nuances of fresh hay, dried flowers, and honey in the back. Running throughout is an intense minerally impression edged with gunflint.

Tasting Notes: The palate has a rich, creamy, almost buttery texture, showcasing an abundance of fruit and a touch of dried almond. There’s a touch of acidity and a subtle, but constant thread of minerality, which then finishes crisp and delicious.

Pairing: A perfect match with cold antipasti or fish or vegetable-based pastas or risotto.
