Handpicked and dried for up to 120 days. Select bunches are hand-picked in the last two weeks of September and dried for 110-120 days, losing over 40% of their initial weight. From the esteemed Grezzana–Cavolo vineyard, this wine reflects the mastery of traditional winemaking, with aging for two years in small wooden barrels followed by two years in large barrels.
Appellation: Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG
Tasting Notes: Garnet red with fruit jam, sour cherry, cherry and vanilla aromas, with hints of dried grapes and spicy notes. It is a wine of great structure: complex, elegant and velvety.
