Tasting Notes: On the nose, red and black forest berries married with French
oak spice and richness and on the palate, explosive red berries, velvety soft
tannins and a fresh acidity on the finish.

Pairing: Roast lamb, roast beef, BBQ steak and Mediterranean dishes.
