A distinguished red wine from the Aeolian Islands. The winemaking process involves pressing whole, de-stemmed grapes with a prolonged maceration on skins and whole bunches. Fermentation occurs without temperature control, and the wine is clarified solely through decantation and racking. It is bottled with minimal sulphur addition, preserving its natural expression.

Tasting Notes: On the nose, it offers complex aromas of red fruit, spices, and musk, with iodate notes reflecting the marine influence of the region. The palate is structured and complex, featuring juicy red fruit flavours, invigorating acidity, robust minerality, and a finely structured tannin profile.
